Can any one let me know what is the penalty for not registering with shops and establishment act in mumbai.
Actually this was missed, though we are registered with shops and establishment in the city where are head office is there but for mumbai we have not registerd unknowingly.
In 2007 we had only one or two employees in mumbai, in 2008 we had 5/6 and in 2009 only 11.
If we register now what will be the penalty and is there any other fine also.
If any expert on the issue or having knowledge.
if you know someone who can give me the reference of someone who does all these work please give me.
