I am working in an IT industry.This is my first assignment and I need help.
I have been asked to develop a training package on soft skills for the new joinees as part of the induction.
Would it be a good idea to include Communication skills, Presentation skills and team work?
Looking forward to your suggestions.How should I go about developing it, the do's and dont's.
Please give your suggestions.

1. Communication skills
2. E-mail ettiqutte
3. Attitude
4. Time management
5. Stress management
Some advanced programs could be:
1. Flash reading
2. Mind mapping
