Hi All!!!!!!!
I'm doing my PGDBM with HR as my specialisation and Marketing as minor subject.In a weeks time I am sitting for an interview with TCS and so for that matter i need your help.
Can somebody plz guide me as to what questions are expected from them in the interview.
Also they hav an HR round where they check ur domain knowledge.Plz tell me the topics i need to prepare for the HR round.
I would be really thankffull for ur inputs on the same.

Hi Neha,
Iam assuming that you are applying for an entry level position in HR.
Be prepared for questions on topics like Recruitment, interviews, Performance appraisal. training and development, competency assessment.
Also they will be checking your attitude and aptitude for the HR position.
