Hello there,

I just signed in to citehr a minute ago, so I'm still learning about how this site works. One reason why I'm here is because I want to know more about HR. I do know the basic details, but I need to know more for my upcoming interview for an HRA position. I heard that this is the best site that will provide us with the best information. So, I want to know what all should I prepare for this upcoming interview?

Given that the scope of HR is enormous, there is no way on earth that you are going to learn enough about HR to ace an interview in the next week or so.

If you have applied for a job about which you know very little and hope to bluff your way through the interview, then you are doomed to failure. Get the job description and find out exactly what duties you will be required to do, and then work out what your options are. If you want to work in HR, you would be better off finding an employer willing to employ and TRAIN you in the work.

It's not that I don't know anything about HR; I do. I'm a hotelier, and I've trained in HR before. But now, I'm applying for an HRA position, and it's much more. I just want to know what preparation I need. As I mentioned earlier, I've trained in HR, so no, I won't be doomed to failure. I'm a hardworking person, and these days, I've been learning about HR. I have one month to prepare for my interview, and I just have the final round left; I'm already shortlisted. I've been told that out of all the candidates, I'm the most capable and potential candidate.
