Requesting all to please provide me the sample letter formate for full and final settlement under following circumstances:-
1) Recovery from employee (Notice period)
2) Payment to the employee
I have to sent this letter to resigned and terminated employee at their residential address along with separate copy of full and final settlement break-up.
Please suggest suitable formate under both the condition.

None of the labour laws has provide us the format of full & final settlement. you are free to prepare your own format showing the details of the amount to be paid under different headings & then give the details of statutory deductions & then write the net full & final payment.
