Hi Group,
Wouald request you to kindly fwd me a well designed SOP on handling desciplinary issues in the organsiation.The basic is requirment is from the Regional HR point of view where frequent escalations keep on coming agaisnt the non-performers and insubordinated employees.The SOP would be handy for the HR manager as a ready reckoner.
Pl help.

Dear Namya,
Please dont ask for such "COMPLETED" formats, as this might lead to breach of data security if anyone is found sharing their company's policies. Instead search Google, you will find tips and direction which will help you in designing your own format. For example the one that i am attaching is what i found out on net.
have a look and fine tune it as per your needs and requirement.
