Hello Sir,
Wish to introduce myself as Padmashree, currently working in an Homeopathic Clinic as Manager - Patient Relations, and have completed my PGDBA in HR and Operations from SCDL Pune University.
Since that i have completed my HR, my MD wishes to have certain HR policies set up for our clinic - and as the HR polices varies from company to company and industry to industry, I request you to guide me on the basics that i need to start off with, particularly in regards to the leave policy that a health care industry follows for Proffestionals and other employees.
Looking forward for your guidance,
Thanks and Regards,
Padmashree

Hello Padmashree,
Apologies for my delayed response. I was traveling and I am back in Chennai. Yes, HR policies differ with the promoter's ideologies, staff strength, and the vintage of the organization. Please let me have further details about the organization - number of staff both managerial staff, and others with other relevant information like current privileges people get etc,.
