Hi all HR Professionals!!!!
I am working in a manufacturing sector, recently we have introduced the suggestion scheme company wide. We had kept our suggestion boxes at all main places where employees usually gather. we announced a handsome gift amount for best suggestion also.
But the response for the scheme is very poor
Can anybody suggest any innovative idea to increase the number of hits in suggestions!!!!!!!!!

Hi Kalyan,

Could you tell me what happens when a suggestion is used and the company saves money? Does the person(s) putting forth the suggestion get any commensurate reward? Is the person given any role in developing the suggestion, etc.
It would be not a bad idea to frame a policy by which the savings would be shared by the company, the team, and the individual.

Our moto is not to link suggestion scheme with Monetary benifits, we want to emphasis on non-monetary benefits.
Can u please suggest us some of these kind of benefits.
