I would like to put up a policy for the Employee Reference Scheme in my concern. So kindly share your valuable thoughts so that i could do it much better. With all your valuable inputs i would like to frame a good policy which will not only motivate the employee towards but as well as their work. I feel the reference scheme should not be a tool to earn incentives only. Your suggestions please.

employee reference is one of the good source of recruitment but this source may also create problems b,coz it creates a different lobby in a company & tries to command on rest of the employees.so care must be taken cosidering reference.

Do we consider this issue only by giving aaway incentives. My whole idea was to include this into the appraisal process as well. I felt appraisal should be given away based on the overall performance right? So would this help.. if so how do i take it further..
