Hi all,
I am doing a project on Performance appraisal system in a company which deals with a variety of businesses, like Medical Transcription, Software Development, Call Centre. So i feeel this a good company wherein i can formulate JD's an KRA's for the employees. Currently I have circulated a questionnaire for the same. But i m not able to interpret the data collected. Can anybody help me out for the data interpretation, so i will be able to formulate JD's.

It is necessary that at the time of designing the questionnaire we make sure we understand what are the possible ways these will be returned and how we will analyse the data collected. Now since you have already completed that stage - you will face some difficulty - however if you provide information on what the questions were some ideas on how to analyse can be given .
So please describe the questions you had put in the questionnaire.

Nishikanth is right. You should have decided how before designing the questionnaire. However, you could send the blank questionnaire to me personally, rather than post it on the public forum. I will see how I can guide you.
I am a retired academic, who has posted some ppt presentations on Research Methodology on this forum.
