Can sme1 pls help me with my project on Productivity Mapping and measures...basically i want to knw wht are the processes and measures through which organisations are tracking employee productivity..flow chatrs etc would be helpful in making me understand the data well.if thr is a prestn which talks of the advantages and disadvatages of the process will b great.

Have you done any literature survey on your topic?
You need to decide on what type of staff you are considering.
For example if you conduct a search using the key terms in your mail and search using google, you will get 300000+ hits.
Following two hits give some idea of the measures.
