I am working as HR Consultant in this company from 2years till now. I joined this start up company and still am working here. i want to know what are the other HR activities? Other than short listing resumes, interviews set ups etc can any body please tell me what are the other HR activities like? also wher can i go for training or HR course?

it seems as though u are with recruitment, other main jobs are performance management, compensation reviews, benefit administration, manpower reports and other studies. Training is another very important activity. For a large and old company, BPR and change implementation, is quite important along with implementation of HRIS.
For HR courses, if you are interested in becoming a training professional, may be you can try ISTD, the website is ISTD.com
