If company is having total 23 annual calendar leaves and if i am taking leave on 30th dec - Monday and 31st dec - Tuesday and we have public holiday on 1st jan - Wednesday and i am resuming office on 2nd jan 20 i.e. on Thursday - total how many leaves will be deducted from my annual leaves. 2 or 3 leaves.

As the public holidays will fall, suffix to your leave period, the same need not be counted. Only 2 days leave need to be counted.
