I am working into IT sector from last one year and have found candidates take the offer letter and show it to other companies to get higher offer. My company is a start up and I have till date hired 6 Linux Administrators but none have joined. Kindly advice me how can I overcome this.

Hi Smruthi
I do agree as these types of problems are there with startups. To contain those things you may have to plan the following
Plan the Orientation including the career path, growth options etc & the same can be explained for the employees who comes for interview & before offering the offer letter
Share how different your organisation compared to other companies
If at all possible you can hire any freshers & train them to match your requirement & there are chances wherein they might perform better

Hi,
For startup hiring and putting them in on-board is very big big challenge, simple way you can give them for for consultants were they provide third party service on contract base, at the same time you need to hire direct from the company payroll.
