I was suppose to join a company on a said date , however due to location constraint I changed my decision to join the company and informed the recruiter that I wont be joining the company on the day of joining , however the company has created my employee id a day before and now the company is taking my case as absconding from service and has linked their epf account with my UAN number.I had a discussion about the employee id creation with the recruiter , he said the employee id will get deleted automatically through system ( this conversation was on phone ) .They have sent two notices to my address about not reporting to the office and finally sent a termination letter. They have also credited half month salary to my account which I have mailed them to take it back.
They are not responding to my emails when asked about the status. What can be done in order to remove the entry of this company from UAN history.

Hi,

It is very strange to note the above. The normal process is after joining of employee only HR will process for employee no. PF no and after month end salary process only newly created PF number will be seeded along with your UAN. What is more strange is that the company credited half month salary to your bank account before joining.

As they had already seeded their PF number against your UAN you can't do anything. After termination process they will mark exit date (?) and automatically that will come to and end.

I suggest you send a legal notice to the Company through a Advocate for their above Act and keep it for your records else no wonder tomorrow they may lodge a complaint against you for not submitting company documents or something like that.

I don't think they will mark the exit date , I have an option to mark the end date after two month from the last. I am planning to take the legal remedy for my issue , however I am thinking to drop the mail to the HR head and other concerned person , I have sufficient proof that I never joined the organization.
They have also prepared the FnF in which they are asking for notice period recoveries.
