You must not think about salary first but for a good job.

Second Hospitality Industry always pays more handsome salary then other sector which is actually containing more challenging and totally different or more administrative work then other HR work at other Industry level, though much of work are the same such as service quality, training and development, and staff recruitment and selection.

Well there is another thread I'd like to share that can give you the understanding on the work of HR at Hospitality Industry level, so please go through the link posted below.

You can start your career with Hospitality Industry easily as you already have done your Hotel Management. I understand that there is no need to define how and what work you can be assigned there, but you actually need to have some research over "HR Work at Hospitality Industry" that i believe you must have to do at your own for basic and good understanding on the same.

CiteHR containing numbers of threads and discussed the same many time in the past and you just need to use search option "Find Info" located at top of the page

Greetings,
Charges are consultant's prerogative. They might ask for a registration fee or a token amount to be paid once you join. Please arrange for a background check on the firm before you sign up for it. Connect with people who are already working in the hotels you would want to join, they are the best people to give you a feedback on the hiring process. Wish you all the best !

Any fresher in any sector getting into the job is difficult, but with little compromise in salary or in selection of company he/she can make an effort to get into good company. Being a fresher concentrate more on learning things and getting experience.
The prospects are good in Bangalore for freshers, you can try.
Only concern is that you need to be good in maintaining your finance since cost of living is high compared to Kolkotta.
