Please update the impact of "Code of Wages 2019" ! do we need to file any statutory return to the Labour authority under MW, POW & Bonus act?

In accordance with section 1(3) of this Code, it shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint. Thus now we are to wait for the date of applicability of this new Act. Thereafter appropriate Governments (Central & States) shall frame Rules. After Rules become enforceable we will be in a position to know where, when, to whom & in which format we are to submit the returns if any under this code. Till then submit all relevant returns in same formats which you are sending at present.
