I believe that the Government of India is likely to include Payment of Bonus Act also into Wages Code 2017. V.Murali

Dear Murali,

The Labour Code on Wages includes the Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, and Equal Remuneration Act. The Cabinet has already cleared this, and now it will go to Lok Sabha for passing.
