I am working in construction company located at Bharatpur, Rajasthan. I want to know that applicability of LWF in Rajasthan, if yes then please tell the contribution share of employee & employer, what is the date of submission & where to deposit, mode of payment ?

We have registered under Haryana Shops & establishment Act and contractual employees working in different states like Ahmadabad, Andrapradesh, Chennai etc. Do I need to deduct LWF for them and submit LWF in their state or our state i.e Harayana?

This is to inform you that Labour Welfare Fund Act is a state Act & you are to implement it according to the state Act & Rules. You are to deduct & deposit Labour Welfare Fund Contribution with the Haryana Labour welfare Board only for those employees who are working at Haryana sites. For others you are to deduct LWFC keeping in view the respective state Acts.
