The Legislature of State of Haryana has issued a Haryana Govt. Gazette (Extra) notification on April, 2012 through which the Section – 9(A) of Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 has been amended and according to the amendment the Welfare Contribution share of employee is Rs. 10/- and share of employer Rs. 20/- will be paid to the Labour Welfare Board. Notification Attached herewith.
Therefore, you are requested to kindly contribute the Labour Welfare Fund Contribution as per amendment, effective from April, 2012.
