I am working in an Insurance Distribution House as Manager - Operations & HR. We are a company under Companies Act'1956. Our employee strength is 20. In our leave policy we have included 30 Days PL & 10 Days SL excluding Public Holidays & Holidays declared under NI Act. Please let me know whether it is okay or not.

Dear Gargi,
As per the statutory obligations. The leave will be
15 Privilege Leaves
07 Sick Leaves &
8 Casual Leaves
In our company at the end of the year the PL unavailed leaves will be en cashed, but in some of the companies it will be transfer to next year.
