Hi, Employees Realtions is like a bridge between manangement and employees. As long as employees are engaged in a right way they are productive. So you can include activites like having open houses with them to understand and take the feedback from them. Normally HR conducts Exit interviews, i feel stay interviews are more important than the exit interviews. Employees feel they belong to the organisation when they know whats happening with them and around them. Communicaiton will be big task for employee relations. you can have help management in dicliplinary process and handling grievances for the employees also in employee relations. you can include counselling employees also as part of ER.

1. Inspired by their work ("I want to do this"),
2. committed ("I am dedicated to the success of what I am doing"), and
("I love what I am doing").
