In our Medical Transcription industry, though graduation in any discipline is the primary requisite, we have experimented on some people (with plus 2 academics) who are very good in Written English. They are also succesful. Hence ,We are loking at prople who are good in written English with computer basics. They are given 3 months class room and three month on the job training.

Hi,
As the graduates are the main manpower of ur company, u can arrange a part time MBA program for them from any good institutes of india. You have to go for negotiation from the institutes.
Second u can start monthly award system like " Employee of the Month " for best employee every month and that employee must be awarded by arranging a small seminar every month.( on first week).
Cite hr senior members can u help us on this topic. Guidance needed.
