We are going to give increment arrears to all employees from April-21 to Sep-21, we have calculated the arrears, now the question is that those are already in the 15000/- wage ceiling (PF1800) limits and deducted 1800 pf in each month. In this case, which account we should pay the arrears, in PF accounts or with net salary disbursement.
