The focus of the performance appraisal process is measuring the actual performance of the employee ,to assess his / her potential and to plan their future.
Appraisal facilitates the following:
* To assess one’s contribution towards organizational goals
* To identify one’s strengths and weaknesses
* To identify and work on development areas of an individual
* To enhance performance levels
* To give a fair chance to every individual to highlight his/ her achievements
* To recognize talent
* To identify weak points across the organization
* To develop a training program for the year
Hence to discuss the same we have a meeting with all the Appraisers tomorrow at 11am sharp.
