Perf. feedback is an opportunity for managers and employees to enhance performance by identifying resources for skill development. (For example, through training, Career Planning, Tuition Assistance, or professional development projects.) Also it is an opportunity for managers and employees to assess and identify career and advancement opportunities.
So answers to the feedback must be correct, genuine, honest and towards building a positive attitude.
