I have resigned from my current company, I have 3 months notice period. I am getting released from the project in one month after that I will be on the bench.
I am requesting hr to reduce the notice period to one month and for my bench duration, I am ready to buy out. HR is not ready to accept it, in case of an emergency she is asking me to go on lop and np will remain 3 months only. A new company wants me to join in one month only. How can I convince her to relieve me in one month?
