You are bothered about your one month salary and the employer is concerned about the notice period. You say you have served only 11 days of notice period so you are short of 19 days service or payment thereof. The employer is quite justified in adjusting 19 days salary against the remaining notice period. So if you are wanting to get salary for the full month you will have to serve the remaining 19 days or you will have to be satisfied with the 11 days payment which only you are entitled. In case you still don't get it, you can issue a formal letter to the employer with copy to the Labour Officer of the local area and seek his intervention. You will get your due amount.
