hi,
I was forced to resign from my employment after serving the company (MNC) for 5 yrs due to claims of misconduct. Actually, I did no wrong and was forced by very senior people to do certain things to benefit them. I was not allowed to present myself to the decision committee and was given termination letter, I begged them not to spoil my career as there was no financial gain, no sexual harassment, no harm to company property, nothing of this nature..Then the mgmt forced me to resign and leave (I have an authentic proof of this).
What should I do in such a case? I do not want to continue with them for treating me like this, but want to make sure they do not spoil my future, I am capable enough.

Send your top management a detailed letter, but do not indicate nature of proof to them.
If they do not respond, then think of initiating legal action.
What was the nature of misconduct alleged against you?
