If I am taking one day leave (LoP) how its going to effect my salary? Gross Annual Salary / 365?

Dear Sudheesh,
If you take one day leave on LoP, it has to be calculated on the total days of the particular month only i.e., your monthly gross salary has to be divided by the actual days in that month 28 or 29 or 30 or 31 as the case be to calculate the LoP for one day.
