On what subject do you need a presentation? You must list out what work you are actually doing. Making a slide on power point is not all that difficult.

Without jumping into the swimming pool, you cannot learn how to swim. First of all make a rough ppt presentation. Then start fine-tuning the same and arrange properly. Wherever you face any difficulty, then do not hesitate to ask assistance, in this forum.
In First slide, give your details and introduce yourself. Second slide give your role and responsibilities. Then start explain one by one in consequent slides. What are the challenges you have faced and how you came out of such critical situation is to be explained in next slide. Further you can explain about your learnings. Then finally, give thanks for those who listened/viewed.
This is the normal format. If you want you can add some more points or reduce as per your management wishes.
