Thank you, Mayur. Actually, I also prepared it in the same format but did not include the salary range. I separated it into technical and non-technical roles with designated grades and fixed basic salary based on the grade.

Hello all,

I am an HR Management Trainee in an MNC. I have been assigned the task of setting up a Training and Development wing in the company. A process is currently being formulated. Every new joiner, especially freshers, is required to undergo a 6-month training program within their respective departments. As per company policy, following the training period, employees are expected to complete a training feedback form.
