HI.. all HR s....i am new to this site.. i am in the situation to get a job. now.. so iam posting here.. i have done my diploma in mechanical engineering.. then i got placed in a Mnugfacturing company (MNC).. i worked 3 yearsa .. then i got another job .. it was a customer care division for automobile sector.. so now i have a 2 years experience in customer care divion. with this expereience iam trying to get a jobs BPO / KPO fileds.. but most of them are refusing me because of my educational qualification even though i have a ability to fullfill the BPO /KPO Skills.. so please try to help me to find a better future of me and my family...

I suggest you to continue in your core area of engg and you will have bright future in the long run. In BPOs, you will have only limited growth and beneficial only in short term. Choice is yours. pon
