I work as a Senior Service Engineer in a Japanese MNC. I have a working experience of more than 5.5 years in the same field. I've completed ITI (Refrigeration) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
I want to know, can somebody provide me with the organizational structure in the technical field to check what I can become after a promotion with my qualifications and experience?
Is a Team Leader in my profession a senior position compared to a Senior Engineer?

Organization structure varies from company to company. There is no uniform rule for promotion that is applicable to all companies. One way is to find out from your classmates or from your friends who work in similar companies. Whether a team leader is senior depends on your organizational structure.
