Hello All, My husband is working in US right now(from past 2 years) before that he was working in India and when he resigned the company he didnt claim the PF amount.Now he would like to withdraw the PF amt .Right now Iam(his wife) in India and I have the form 19 and 10C signed by him. My query is: 1) Can I apply for PF withdrawl on his behalf(Since he is in US) 2)What are the documents required for the PF withdrawl Please help us, Thank you, Saraswati
Dear sraswati ji pl. clear the status of declaration form, form no.-2,If you are nominee in this form, you can't withdrwal his PF,but filled the application with sig. of husband than you can fallowup. sushil kumar

1) A valid bank Account
2) Bank Statement/ bank passbook photocopy
3) A cancelled cheque of the savings account of your husband
4) Form 10c and 19 signed by your husband
Just submit these documents in the PF office and you money will be transferred in 2-3 months.

I was working In Chattisgadh(M/S Vijay Transmission Ltd)in 2010.
That organisation my name is on PF Account "Mr.Rajendra Bandu Kumbhkar" But actual my name is " Mr.Rajendra Bandu Kumbhar"
Problem is that due to mistake in name Pf Cheque will drawn by wrong name but bank account is by correct name.
Pl give suggestion.How to withdrawal my pf by correct Name?

There are very long procedure of the same if go by law. I am suggesting few alternatives, if some of those is possible for you:
1) Try to open a bank account in any private bank like ICICI/ HDFC etc. with your name as Mr. Rajendra Bandu Kumbhkar. Your previous office ID card will be considered as the ID proof. Then you can withdraw the money in that account. Close that account after your money credited into that account.
2) Option2 is Go and meet PRO of PF office. He might help you but it will be long procedure as you have to declare that Rajendra Bandu Kumbhkar and Rajendra Bandu Kumbhar are same person. For that you have to prepare an affidavit and submit the same with the PF office.
