Hi Lily
It seems you are not confused, and you are making confusion to your employed by way of jumping on rolls continuously. Be stable for some time in company. Though you are a "Hero" in your point of view, for every company you are a "Just Born Baby" for them. Hence, it is advised you to continue in your services for atleast 2 years or more. Then only, you will be recognized by your Management and also you will get good knowledge about the industry.
Thanks & regards

Hey Liyasunny,
yeah exactly!! first of all accept the mistake dat u hav done by changing your company so frequently,to understand the companies work culture n responsibilities at least it takes 2 yrs of time. anyways better to leave past n look forward towards your future :-)
Firstly, talk to your manager dat if they will be giving u any work or not?? wait for 1 month if everything will become allright then learn the things by showing your stability. and in case if the things r not working out then better to return n look for another job but do show your longitivity coz d people who r not showing stabilityor changing their company at fast pace, they themselves are making spot on their career profile.... so better to keep your fingure crossed n hope for ur best future......
All d very best... :-))

Dear Liyasunny
I understand your frustration, every one go through such period in life. But if you think positively you are getting paid for just going to office (as per your perception), now if you take realistic view, you are still better off than those time, where in you didnt have job and money and had plenty of free time, as compared to today where in you are having job and money but no work, and still have plenty of time. So technically you have progressed in one year as compared to the year earlier to that. So be happy that your life is slowly but continuously going in positive direction
I would suggest that, why dont you try and learn something in free time, while you are employed with your current company.
And this time dont change job for at least 1 more year, and this one year learn something like six sigma, or ISO, Business analysis, analytics or certification in training.
Good Luck

Hi Mr Ravindra,
thanks for the piece of advice, but i am still wondering what made u think i think i am a hero, well yeah considering the fact that i am confident about my capabilities and since 3 yrs ever since i have passed out i have not got the right break, iam still soldiering on,without losing my hope i am a hero, and i am not a job hopper by my nature,it was ma situations which forced me to shift jobs, had i gt the chance i would have stuck on to my previous company.i know hopping jobs does nt give me a good remark from an employer, but what if my husband gets a transfer abroad and i am to move out along with him.So Mr Ravindra it was my situations basically.Whatsoevrr my passion was to continue in HR,in a generalist role, but i am into engineering project management in my current company for the last 1 year ,without much of responsibilities, learnings and challenges,so i am disappointed.hope you understand me atleast now

Dear Liyasunny,
What I feel is of least importance, what you wish to do and how desperate are you to achieve the goal is what matters the most. Yes you can do couple of the courses online like for analytics you can contact ATI in India, they have their main office in Delhi. Then for Business Analysis you can again do it online. There are couple of PG certification programs by various IIM conducted online, you can try doing that also.
For six sigma, you can try and locate KPMG in china, they are the best and also a brand name.
When in china, why dont you try and learn about their aggressive Chinese manufacturing methods. Also there is acute shortage of good professors in china, why dont you try and teach HR in some small time institute or college. Also read up alot on HR, and make it a point to blog regularly about HR on various websites and forum, this will increase your knowledge and also your visibility.
You can start with Six Sigma, and then go for analytics and then any course of your choice.
Hope I have been able to help solve your query to a small extent
