Is there a standard computation on the salary increment based on the result of performance evaluation? Our evaluation is based on a scoring system. I would like to propose on our management a corresponding increase for the ff scoring result:
EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS (100%) 4 – 4.9
MEETS EXPECTATIONS (75%) 3 – 3.9
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT (50%) 2 – 2.9
UNACCEPTABLE (below 50%) 1 – 1.9
I would appreciate it if you will send me a sample of your computation: )
