An Establishment is Registered in PF & ESI Act both . My question is that whether it is required to register a Contractual Labour who just work for some days and then replaced with another same like labour.

If the Establishment is covered under both the PF & ESI , then any contractual workers works irrespective of number of days must be covered under both PF & ESI.
ESI is very important because of any accident. For short duration 1/2 days one may take risk to avoid PF but for long duration it is must. When the concerned worker will not be available, instead of stuck down his name show him as 0 earning. For long non availability, mark exit for the employee.
