Submit the change of address form over online "labour.kar.nic.in" take the print out of the confirmation sheet. Submit relevant documents as address proof, ID proof of the organisation & the directors.
Make a covering letter & the same should be submitted at labour department which is located in Bannerghatta road near dairy circle.

It appears that your office is located in Karnataka State. As I don't have much Karnataka S & E information to give you a proper suggestion.So, would suggest you to go through the S & E Act & Rules as applicable in your state in details.
But, as per S & E Act & Rules as applicable in West Bengal , it requires amendment of S & E Certificate because of change office address. Owing to change , one has to take a new trade license from the concerned authorities. Thereafter amendment of the Registration Certificate can be processed. One has to submit the original certificate together with Form-C (recording therein change of address) trade licence & payment of requisite fees to the Registering authorities under the Shop & Establishment Act. On being satisfied having received the application for amendment, the concerned Inspector shall amend the certificate and send the same.

Have supportive documents such as Rental Agreement, Bank SOA in which new address mentioned & notify it to the state commercial tax office & with the same notify to MCA if required & notify the same to Karnataka authority & the changes will be updated
