Dear Seniors,
I am new in a call centre business and i have been asked to handle the salary part of the center. I am required to make a salary sheet, where i have to enter the number of leads propduced by each agent, there rejections numbers in a month, there present and absent days in a month and then do a deduction if an agent is taking more than 2 days paid offs given to them.
I would be grateful if there is a tool to calculate this at a faster rate and accurately as in the past 2 months there were instances where 2 agent's salaries were missed by us.
If there is a application and if someone can share it would be appreciated.
