in 2016 I had absconded from an organization and hence do not have relieving letter (biggest Mistake)

However it shows up on my EPF service history.

Can I add it to my resume? and can I submit the EPF service history as proof of employement?

Hi

Even if you don't the same will be revealed through UAN portal. You may show EPF history but future employer will ask for relieving order only. So you should have some convincing reason as to why you were not able to serve notice period.
