Its very simple. Once u buy hot vacancy and posted job, u can receive plenty of resume.
In your job portal inbox, u can easily view important criterias by click one's resume.
In resume search, just mention basic criteria which you feel very important then click search.

Suppose I am looking for a Biz dev. Exec....so how do I go about it?..and what is the next step after I have zeroed in on couple of resumes according to my criteria...where do I save it...Is there a software which helps in this process?

Once you have searched for the candidates you if you want to save the entire search normal the portal give you the option above to save the searches where all the resumes will be save and whenever you require you can login and download the resumes.

*Go to job portal and go for Employer Zone
*Enter your log in details( you need to buy hot vacancy from job portals)
They will be two option 1. Job posting & 2. Resume search
*Click resume search tab
*Type your key word ( designation)
*If you want specific location then enter your desired location
*Now enter desire experience
*Some times all the above will be filled in a single box
Example:
Designation, Skill, Experience, Location
Hr, Tally,payroll etc, 2-5, Chennai
*You can also use skills as your keywords.
*After filling all those thing -> click search. You will be getting many profiles.
*Click those profiles to view their full resume. Now validate the resume (check designation, skills,experience,expected CTC etc)
*Once you found suitable resume -> you can save those resumes in your job portal inbox. You can download resumes as and when required.
**********Make sure the date of profile because few resume suit your requirement but it may outdated***********
