I am a new professional in HR sector.
Where-ever I am going for interview, they are asking me a common question, that do you know how to search and screen the candidates resumes in job-portal? and I have no answer, as I have no knowledge regarding that process.
Can you all please help me giving the knowledge of the process, that how to search a candidate?
Plz help me out.

hello Somdatta,
It is not at all a tough job....for screening candidates on job portal, say, Naukri.com all you have to do is log into the portal using the companies username and password alloted.
Then there you have to type the required profile of the desired candidates in the colums alloted. then click on 'Search'. You will get a list of potential candidates along with their contact nos. Shortlist a few of them and contact them.
Itz the same like you search for a job on Naukri.com.
Its very simple.....
