1. Challenge the termination and ask your employer to withdraw the termination order immediately and allow you to join.
2. If they don't, raise a dispute before the labour commissioner.
3. If there is no fruitful result, file a dispute u/s 2A of the ID Act before the labour court (assuming that you are a 'workman' under ID Act) seeking for reinstatement and back wages.
4. All communications should be in writing and legally tenable.
