What's the solution if a middle-aged man got a new job, was sent to Africa, got sick due to wrong work/living conditions, received admiration from the VP via email for his work and honesty, discussed further promotion, had approved medical treatment in India, and upon returning to India, was fired without any reason or information up to now? There has been no response so far regarding this physical, mental, and financial harassment. Can someone please help?

Per the standing order, the employer cannot terminate an employee without a valid reason. Even if they terminate the employee, the employer will need to pay the severance package mentioned in the appointment letter.

Dear @Mosekao, Mr. Moses,
I am using this platform to post my problem. I am not aware of how to reply to you to continue the discussion; however, I am trying to do so. First of all, thank you very much for replying.
I was appointed on 31/12/2016 for a probation period of 6 months. My appointment letter states that during the probation period, they can terminate me without giving any reason. However, to my utmost surprise, they have a daily track of my work in writing (through reporting emails and WhatsApp official chats). Despite being new to their industry, I have shown a proven track record of successful execution, which was extraordinary given the circumstances in Africa. Moreover, not only my words, but the VP of the company appreciated my work in his email on 16th March 2017 and even approved my medical treatment in India as per HR policy. The GM of the company messaged me on WhatsApp saying that I am still on the job. However, after coming back to India, no one ever replied to any of my emails or calls. No reason has been given to me for terminating my employment, and I was never informed that I was being fired. Though I am the victim, I feel that anyone with ethical, human, moral, professional, or legal considerations would not deem such treatment as correct.
Leaving a 47-year-old man without a job, without money, without good health, without reason, only leads to psychological, physical, and financial harassment, which creates very difficult circumstances for my entire family.
Once again, with a big thanks, I am seeking your kindness and knowledge to guide me further. I would genuinely and honestly be grateful.
Thank you.
