Dear Sir/Madam, I have one issue with my employee. He has joined in 2016 November and he has relieved in 3rd January 2018. We have paid the PF & ESI contribution for him in February 2018.
That employee has joined in 5th January 2018 in new organization. And he has relieved from that company at November 2019. That company also paid their contribution at December 2019.
The issue is that right now he has not able to close his PF and not able to get his claim.
For him Previously worked company and lastly worked company has paid the January 2018 contribution on February 2018.
As well as he relieved from his previous company on 03.01.2018 and he joined in the new company at 05.01.2018.
He has not able to withdraw the PF amount. Previous company pension contribution amount and Last company contribution amount.
Previous company working Dates From 21.11.2016 - 31.01.2018 (Date of Exit is the issue) Date of Relieving 03.01.2018 (Its mismatching.)
Last company working Dates From 20.01.2018 - 25.11.2019 Date of Joining is 05.01.2018 Date of Relieving is 25.11.2019
Kindly give the exact solution to sort out this issue.

Please check if you can correct his /her date of exit through employer portal and make it 03.01.2018. if not, then you can submit join declaration form to respective PF department.
Same way last employer can correct his / her date of joining.
