I am doing an internship in the telecom sector and I am being asked to prepare a project on Employee Engagement Activities for the sales force, people who are out on the field, who cannot access the computers all the time and for whom it id difficult to bring them together under one roof. But still the company requires some employee engagement activities as the attrition rate for the lower empoyees is quite high. Please provide your inputs
