Dear HR colleagues, Can any one help me out in setting HR in Municipal Corporation? If any one can send me PPT or suggest some strps as how to set up HR in Municipal as there is nothing in Municipal?

There is no need to design any new HR for any Municipal Corporation. The reason is that a Municipal Corporation is a Quasi- Government service / A local body. Normally the service rules framed for any government service will be useful. OR else the existing rules framed for all the Municipal Corporations in that particular state are helpful. There will be a an existing system of HRM, please checkup. The public holidays, salaries, wages are applicable to the State Government employees. The promotion procedures will be separate for each post and as notified from time to time.
