Need your help, I was working in a company called Parle Global Technologies Pvt Ltd they are basically in Manufacturing and Supply of tablet compression tools, Counting, Packaging, Blister Change and Tube Filling Machine in Mumbai, they have two units in Vasai and one in Ahmedabad, I joined the company in May-2014, this company has a very stupid policy of not interacting with Female staffs, not even allowed to talk to them for long hours, if they find any male and female having discussion for long period , they are under watch even after office hours, and the greatest thing is Manager HR is asked to track them till their residence after office hours, The company has appointed a GM HR who is not at all professional, he himself does all odd activities in our Company, his name is Ramesh Titre, inspite of Management knowing he is been sacked from the previous organisation, he is been appointed at this level, There is all most 9 HR professionals who have resigned because of his immature behavior. All this issues are addressed to our MD of the Company Mr Mahendra Mehta and also mail has been sent to all HOD's about his behaviour, but no action has been taken against him, bcuz he has a framed a false picture to the Management that he has contact with local politicians.
In may case I was in touch with one female colleague, we used to talk after office hours, my fault was I used to us my Office Number to chat with her, the same was tracked by the GM HR and I was called and asked to resign, I accepted and submitted my resignation, but till date I have not received my settlement amount nor I have received my acceptance of my resignation letter, need some suggestion to handle this case, I want that Management should take strict action on the GM HR , MR Ramesh Titre and give justice to all HR professionals who have resigned the company for his unprofessional behavior. They have to pay me 3 months notice period and my PF, Bcuz of this person there are lot of resigned employees who are not able to withdraw there PF amount bcuz he is the authorized signatory for the same.
Managing Director Mr Mahendra Mehta is also keeping deaf ear to all our request, bcuz he is benefiting by not paying the employees their settlements,
Also there are 2 HR executives who are very close to Ramesh Titre,he makes these to executive to do all odd things and collect all reports from them, there names are Prakash Samal and Mangesh Shinde, they are undergraduates but still given more importance than a Manager, infact they are the (guud) employees of Mr Ramesh Titre after office hours
Awaiting a reply to resolve my problem, please help
Thanks & Regds

Since you have resigned from the company, you owe notice to the company but if company has not accepted your service for the notice period, then only it has to pay you the notice period salary. As you were in the manufacturing sector, pl check the provision of applicable standing order on relieving order, final dues, leave salary etc and accordingly you can send a request for them. With the revised PF guidelines it is no longer necessary to get the signature of earlier organisation for transfer of PF lying with RPFC. As regards your grievances against GM/HR and his cohorts, since top management is not in a mood to listen, there is not much you can do presently.

Dear Friend,
You resigned in vain. You should not have resigned on a verbal call. Check your appointment letter regarding terms and condition for the notice pay and check the Standing Order of your company as suggested by Mr. KK-HR. How could you expect professionalism from your Gm-HR, when you did not act in a professional manner. For you GM-HR is worthless but the propritor sees worth on him. If you have substantial ground with you, always can put a complaint in labour office for your subjected benefit. Your pfis safe you can withdraw on-line.
