I m working as IT recruiter in Hyderabad..As IT recruiters we need some Knowledge on IT related ERP packeges what r the sub modules and what are skill set is exact match to the particular position or requirement... Suppose u hav Java With JSF requirement according this we are going to searching the caditates...so, we need atleast IT terminalogy knowledge..and good communication skills and mingle with the people mentality and interest on risk taking..

I think,,
1)Good written and verbal communication skills..
2)Knowledge of MS-Excel.(For data management)
3)Good Understanding of clients u work with, their Business Domain,Employee strength,Locations,Band structure..
(This information can also be useful for sourcing resumes)
4)Knowledge of the selection process of the clients.
